Greek Life Services & Consulting offers an innovative approach to the leadership of fraternities, sororities, and group housing units by offering professional services that alumni leaders need to compete in today’s college environment. Greek Life Services successfully manages facilities through a professional staff dedicated to working with undergraduate and alumni leaders. Services offered range from fraternity and sorority food service/catering, fraternity and sorority facility management, commercial building cleaning & housekeeping, building repairs & maintenance, and non-profit accounting.

Meet the Owner:

Bill Humphrey

Bill Humphrey is the President of Greek Life Services & Consulting. Greek Life Services. Greek Life Services was created to financially and operationally help undergraduate chapters, alumni board, and collegiate housing corporations with their catering needs, property and financial management. Bill has successfully worked with many fraternity and sorority chapters to improve their member services. Your undergraduate members, alumni and parents will appreciate the results. His goal is to help you grow your chapter, provide excellent food service for your members, add value to the undergraduate experience through a great living environment, and keep your finances in the best shape possible.

Bill has twenty years of food and beverage service management experience including menu planning, budgeting, purchasing, and human resource management, including health and food safety services. Bill assists with the property management of each chapter house in the GLS portfolio. If you are in the need of simple handyman work, cleaning or monthly property management, please do not hesitate to call or email. Bill is responsible for the administration of the accounting and financial activities of Greek Life Services, which include, but are not limited to the following: budgets, reports, payroll, bookkeeping, 990 preparation, payables and receivables. Bill’s background includes working with 501c3 and 501c7 not-for-profit organizations on a chapter and national level.

Bill also owns Surface Landscaping, LLC which provides commercial landscaping and mowing for properties in his portfolio. Services include mowing, landscape maintenance, new landscape installs, irrigation repairs and installation, and snow and ice removal during the winter months.

Bill is a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker and has been involved with commercial property management for over 20 years. He also holds a Indiana Nursery Dealers license for work associated with Surface Landscaping.
