Greek Life Services & Consulting's mission with catering is to provide comfort food to fraternities and sororities with a chef's upgrade. We provide your Greek facility with a management team including our food and beverage director, Jay Perrault, who has over 20 years of catering and culinary experience. The management team handles staff, payroll, taxes, insurance, and food & beverage ordering. The kitchen staff includes professionally trained culinary staff including chefs, sous chefs, and cooks with the flexibility to keep your existing cook on staff if desired. We can even provide etiquette classes and training for your current kitchen employees.
Upgrading your Greek's facility's food services to our catering provides comprehensive service for one inclusive price. The comprehensive service starts with nutritional and high-quality meals, from breakfast, to lunch, and to dinner. These meals incorporate farm-to-table dining: fresh, locally grown, seasonal, and organic produce and meats. We have the ability to provide a healthy salad bar, weekend dinners, late plates, leftovers, hot breakfast, and 24-hour snacks. Snack foods are available all hours your kitchen and serving areas are open and typically include fresh fruit and vegetables.
Greek Life Services catering can also provide weekend dining at the chapter's request, including a Saturday brunch option. We have the ability to provide an Executive Chef for event catering for football weekends, homecoming, rush, alumni events, and other special lunches and dinners.
